I've sported the long hair look for about the past nine years....I just can't seem to go back to short. Every once and a while I'll get the urge for a change, and my big move usually only results in some long layers :). I'm pretty sure I'll keep my hair long forever. My best friend and I even made an agreement to keep our locks long and flowin'...even when it's grey. Just like Paul said, "..if a woman has long hair it is a glory to her..." (1 Corinthians 11:15)
Here in Hawaii, long hair is the norm and it is so fun to see how beautiful all the women seem because their hair is so thick and long, just slightly bleached by the sun. The other day at paddling practice I looked over at another canoe racing beside us and noticed every single girl in the boat had gorgeous hair, all reaching to at least the middle of their backs and it was just lovely.... Here's a little picture inspiration for those of you who need some motivation to keep growing your hair out!
